I have 5 images that I thought I would share.

# 1 This one is funny because there is a huge tendency to hire people that fit your corporate culture. Doing this helps to remove conflict but also could reduce creativity.

#2 There is a strong movement to use dashboards, Tableau or Power BI. It is great to have the technical skills but you also need to know how to look to find what is missing.

#3 Artificial Intelligence is all the rage and everyone is coming up with new ways to use its functionality. As in this cartoon beware of the consequences.

#4 Way to often I hear how busy people are. I believe that one of the reasons I am successful is that I am willing to take 15 minutes a day to learn or discover something new. To talk to someone who might be able to help me. After all isn’t leveraging 100’s of minds better than wearing out your own?

#5 It is ok to take your time and try something different. Not everyone wants to be an early adopter. Thankfully there are those that are willing to try. I often say that some of the people I know want to the the first one to do something after someone has already tried it (first to be second).
