I do hear this a lot and I thought I would come to the defense of this much maligned piece of software.

Thankfully I have found this excellent document by Christian Buckley and I hope he doesn’t mind my sharing. Lots of hint and tips.

I have one tip that I should mention. I do use Zoom a lot and Teams crashes or acts up when I click the meeting link from Outlook. I found that if I have Teams open and used the Teams calendar then I could click that link and things worked. Hope all of this helps to reduce your frustration.
