2. The next company may just be good at hiding their faults

Companies may not be aware of how you feel although I have heard some say “they should know as it is obvious”. Yet maybe it isn’t obvious to them. Come up with a plan with them to address: not learning, no growth, getting feedback and pay not matching responsibilities.
