I liked the visual for this one and the common sense approach that Frost Procurement Adventurer Ltd took.

The biggest “snake” that I saw was selecting the wrong supplier. Sometimes this just means that you continue to pick the same supplier and never try to determine if there is an alternative. It doesn’t mean that you have to or should change it just means that you should never take things for granted.
