1. Our commitment

QCsolver is committed to treating all people in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence. We believe in integration and equal opportunity. We are committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner by identifying, preventing, and removing barriers to accessibility and by meeting the requirements of the AODA.

2. Accessibility standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the AODA Information and Communications Standard for public websites. WCAG explains how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

3. What we have done

To support accessibility, qcsolver.com includes:

  • A "Skip to main content" link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
  • Semantic HTML structure with landmarks, headings, and descriptive page titles.
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images and accessible labels on interactive controls.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, including the main menu and mobile menu.
  • Colour choices and text sizing intended to support readable contrast.
  • Responsive layouts that adapt to different devices, zoom levels, and screen sizes.

4. Accessible formats and communication supports

On request, QCsolver will provide, or arrange for the provision of, accessible formats and communication supports for information we publish, in a timely manner and at no additional cost. We will consult with the person making the request to determine a suitable format or support. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

5. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible — for example, certain third-party tools embedded on the site (such as forms, chat, or analytics widgets) and some legacy documents. We are working to address these areas. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know so we can provide the information you need and improve the site.

6. Feedback

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of qcsolver.com and our services. Feedback helps us identify and remove barriers. You can send feedback by email, phone, or mail using the contact information below. We will acknowledge feedback and respond as promptly as practicable.

If you experienced a barrier accessing any information on this site, tell us what you were trying to do and we will provide the information in an accessible way.
