Is QCsolver really free for client organizations?
Yes. There is no license fee, no per-seat charge, and no implementation fee for client organizations. The platform is funded by the supplier subscription. Ask us about our client-pay option, where the suppliers do not have to pay.
How much do suppliers pay?
Suppliers pay between $73.75 and $590 plus HST per year, based on their annual revenue. The fee covers connection to every QCsolver client they work with — one profile, one fee. Indigenous suppliers, not-for-profits, and suppliers with annual sales to QCsolver clients under $5,000 pay nothing.
Does the supplier fee increase with more clients?
No. A supplier maintains a single profile that every connected client organization sees. The annual fee is based on revenue, not on the number of clients.
Are there setup or cancellation fees?
No setup fee and no implementation fee. QCsolver handles configuration, supplier invitations, and document collection so most client organizations are managing compliance within days of signing up.
