Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of qcsolver.com and the public information we publish. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Acceptance of these terms
qcsolver.com is operated by QCsolver Inc. ("QCsolver", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the website.
2. Website vs. platform agreement
These Terms of Use cover the public qcsolver.com website only. Access to and use of the QCsolver platform and the QCsolver Members Portal by client organizations, suppliers, and contractors is governed by the separate service agreement(s) and any supplier or client terms agreed at sign-up. Where those agreements conflict with these Terms of Use, the service agreement governs for platform use.
3. Permitted use
You may view, browse, and use the website for lawful, informational, and business purposes related to QCsolver's products and services. You agree to use the site in compliance with all applicable laws and these terms.
4. Things you may not do
When using the website, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, servers, or connected systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, including by introducing malware or excessive automated requests.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users without authorization.
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content except as permitted below or with our written consent.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
5. Intellectual property
All content on qcsolver.com — including text, graphics, logos, the QCsolver name and brand, icons, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to QCsolver and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without our prior written permission, except that you may share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution.
6. Third-party links and content
The website may contain links to third-party websites and embed third-party services (for example, analytics, forms, and customer-communication tools). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" for general information only. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the site or its content. 8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QCsolver and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website — whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QCsolver from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the website or your breach of these Terms of Use.
10. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
11. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
