I spend every day talking to salespeople. They all have one thing in common. They have so much to share and have a lot to offer. For over a year I have been stressing a more focused approach. Target offerings that stand out.

I didn’t know what to call what I do until I saw this “Paradox of Choice” visual. Often when you have too many choices you end up not picking anything.

I prefer to give a few strategic choices and then open up the door for further discussions and opportunities.
