I find that the English language can be confusing and I know I am not the only one that thinks this way. The last few days I have been trying to get answers by asking questions and doing a survey.
Years ago I saw this cartoon about project management. I try and keep this cartoon in mind when I am developing a scope of work for a request for a standing offer. What I write down can and will be interpreted differently based on the reader’s perception.
All I am trying to do is give the customer what they want.
