The biggest fallacy out there is the sunk cost bias. Which means that you have invested so much that you can’t just give up. Which is why so many are stuck with processes or computer systems that just don’t work anymore. In our case we have spent years working on QCsolver which is our supplier management CRM for supply chain. We have done a change here, a tweak there and a pivot now and again.
In 2022 we will be making a new series of updates. We will admit what we need to change and we will focus on the pain and gaps that are in the marketplace.
I truly believe in the art of the pivot. Change to meet the customer and market needs.
