Thankfully, I no longer have to apply for jobs. I am very happy with what I am doing with both Kinetic’s Group Purchasing and QCsolver’s supplier management system.
For everyone else out there, changing jobs is stressful. What to say? How to turn your weaknesses into strengths without sounding lame. My biggest weakness is that I work too hard. 
I have thousands of followers on LinkedIn and a lot of them are looking for their next best opportunity.
My advice to you will be simple. Practice answering as many interview questions as you can so that you don’t have to struggle to remember. Ask yourself, what does the company doing the interviewing need from you? Have a plan of what your future will look like and help them visualize it.
