Today is Friday 13th and for some this is a very unlucky day. For others it is a regular day. I would like to start to think about today as my lucky day.
This should now be my day to reflect on how often I have been rejected and why. The great thing about rejection is that it happens to all of us and the circumstances vary. What should vary even more are the lessons you have or should learn along the way.
I believe that I am a much better person because I have been able to overcome rejection. Once I get over the shock and reflect on the circumstances then I start to see rejection as a challenge and not a signal that I should give up and admit defeat.
Rejection is never going to be easy because we all take it personally. What will help us be even better at what we do is to accept rejection, learn from it and most of all move on.
