Yesterday, I did a presentation for the Supply Chain Canada BC Institute. My topic was leadership in supply chain in 3 not so easy steps.
This is one of the images that I did not share. I didn’t share because it wasn’t valid. It was because it would be overwhelming. So many traits and characteristics.
Might I be so bold and coach you on just picking 5 traits from this image that you either want to develop or to improve. Once you have had a chance to practice then pick 5 more. Over a period of time you will determine which of these skills you will need the most.
You can learn a lot by taking courses, attending conferences and webinars. Yet in order to truly master any of these takes constant practice.
