We all know that trust is earned and not given. When I saw this chart, I thought that I would have known more of the answers.
What I need to do is now point to what is obvious. There is a big difference in trusting your government and trusting the people in public service.
The politicians get the hype and attention. It is the people who are in public service that do the work and heaving lifting.
Interestingly there isn’t a country in the lower right hand side of the quadrant. I wonder why?
