My mantra has always been “open & transparent”. For the majority based on this visual this is not the case.

Of course I know that knowledge is power. That giving away too much information might end up crippling my negotiations. What I found is that sharing can be a great thing as long as you have trust between the two parties.

All my suppliers are partners. Which means that I need to work just as hard to have them be successful as I do in trying to gain what I need.
