I am the most complex person when it comes to buying me anything. I believe I am not all that unusual. If I want something, then I just get it. But that makes it even harder if someone wants to give me a gift for whatever reason.
Here is a list of the top gifts, and maybe you can do some last-minute shopping. I’m not too fond of the first two as they are not personal. Needed by others but not personal.
The top of the list for me is #4 on the male side. I especially love the cookies my daughter Rachel makes me for Christmas and my birthday, which are almost 6 months apart.
She makes a double batch which I freeze, and then I savor over between gifts.
At this time of year, I prefer the saying it is better to give than to receive.
