The problem with screen shots is that they are very hard to read. Last week I posted a QCsolver screen shot. I now know it lost a lot of its effectiveness as it didn’t catch your eye. So I went back to my good friend Excel and recreated an easier view of something that QCsolver automated. This dashboard has the right dash of colour.
Each colour represents an actual task that needs to be completed prior to the end of May and the first week of June. This includes ensuring that WSIB, Insurance, licenses and contracts that are set to expire are all reviewed and updated. There are 1,468 individual documents just for this period of time.
So how can one person handle this kind of workload? The answer of course is through QCsolver’s WSIB automation and scheduled reminders with a healthy dose of member self serve.
