A long time ago, I was a demand planner with IBM Canada. My job was to try and see the future demand for computer peripherals. My accuracy was very good and I used a number of factors to help me get better.
My prediction is that the trend you see below will increase a lot over the next 5 years. This is an easy prediction to make. There are still a lot of boomers in the job market. The oldest boomers are now 76 while the youngest are just turning 60. Some will leave because they can while others will leave because they have to.
Either way there will be a lot of job openings to be filled.
