Why did I pick this infograhics? I like it because it lets me know how complex it is to extract data from a database. It reminds me that in order to make sound supply decisions, the data has to clean and most of all it has to be understood.
In my most recent travels it has become even more apparent that there are a lot of supply chain professionals that can’t analyze their date. They don’t lack the desire. They just lack the skills and data.
Which is often why I offer to help. What takes me a few days using what I know might take others two weeks.
