So much has changed over the last 2 years. One thing that remains constant is the search for new sources of goods and services.
At the NIGP conference it was very obvious that a lot of the participants were individuals that spent the majority of their time trying to find new and creative solutions. They went beyond issuing an Request for Information and actively engaged the supplier community.
