Why does it sometimes take so long to make a decision? I love collaboration and getting input from others. Different perspectives will often lead to a better decision.

What is the maximum number of people you should have on any given team?

I am going to recommend that 5 is the magic number. If you don’t believe me then look at the image and see what happens when you add more people. Or even try Googling to find out how many people should be on a committee.

After all the purpose of collaboration is to make better outcomes. Too many people may lead to what I call “analysis paralysis”.
