Gartner has issued their Peer insights on 2022 priorities, and there are no surprises. Supply chain talent challenges are at the top of the list.

Years ago, I coined a concept that I called “Tecky Sharing.” This business model is where I would share the technical talent with 4 non-competing companies. They took advantage of the skills and knowledge without having to support a full head count monetarily.

I am fortunate to have access to a lot of local talent. It helps that my office is 12 minutes away from Conestoga College and its excellent supply chain program.
