Did you get a chance to read my latest article in the Supply Professional Magazine?
I thought it was great that I was also in the same issue as Bernie Uhlich or as known to his friends as “The Problem Solver.”
I wrote the article so that others can perhaps find an idea or two that would help them with their shortage of supply chain talent. In fact, I posted a solution recently, and I was actually somewhat surprised by the response.
I got several qualified candidates that were willing to take on assignments on a limited basis. What I did not get was a single organization that was interested in hiring people part-time. I guess they either don’t have the budget or permission.
My goal in 2023 is to be creative and find new solutions to old problems. I have attached a link to the magazine in case you need it.
