What I am missing is the name of the person that created this document. This document is a step-by-step guide to help you create a supply chain performance management program.
You can either take this document and create your own program (lots of work and time involved) or take a look at pages 9 and 21.
If you like what you see then just remember that QCsolver Inc. has a fully integrated performance management tool that matches what is outlined in the document supplied.
