When is the best time to find a job?
The answer is easy. The best time is now. Not when the holidays are over. Not after the March break or your when you decide to take your vacation. It isn’t later. It is now.
Too many people wait and I am just as guilty as everyone else. Some believe that no one gets hired in December. Which can’t be true. It just means that there are fewer opportunities. It also means that there are fewer candidates that are submitting their resumes.
I would prefer to have a 1 in 3 chance of being hired versus waiting until January or February (the two busiest hiring months) and then have a 1 in 200 or more chance.
