Enter the grey power concept. These are individuals that don’t want to work full time. They want to be involved and engaged on their own terms. They will add years of wisdom and help you grow your staff’s knowledge through mentoring and coaching.
A few won’t need the money so you can’t motivate them that way. They need a challenge but not the responsibility. For those that want to be paid then they are just looking for ways to finance their hobbies.
A huge labor force at your disposal. All you have to do is to be open to the idea and find the right person.
