The other day I was talking to someone about their ability to remember names. It would seem that for some it isn’t that they can’t remember. It was just that they are not actively listening. Here is a visual that may help you remember what to do.
For me it isn’t that I don’t listen. It is just that I remember more when I see someone’s name versus hearing it. Which is why I love name tags. Too bad it is awkward to wear them all the time.
