My most popular post last year had an iceberg. I thought that this one was appropriate as it shows the potential extent of how many problems are not known by others.
What I will be doing in 2023 is offering a complimentary discovery session. This type of meeting is where I go into an organization to find problems and bring them to the attention of those who can help fix them.
Of course, I am also trying to find work my group can do.
