Last week was all about employee appreciation day. I was thinking, why is it only one day? The great thing about our group is that we do appreciate each other. We say thank you. Offer to buy coffee and to help out when needed.
Both QCsolver and Kinetic GPO are what I would call people-focused companies. What does that mean? Simply that people come first, and the job has to come in second place.
