What has bothered me the most are the challenges supply chain professionals have with poor-performing suppliers. There are always several reasons why nothing is done, and I started to make a list. Did not have a way to get the information gathered was the major obstacle. The second biggest challenge was the end user’s resistance to putting things in writing.
