The first ingredient you will need is time and lots of it. Being an expert does not happen overnight. It is a long and somewhat slow process full of ups and downs.

The second ingredient that you will need is ability. All this means is that you can remember when you made a mistake, what you did to fix it and how not to make it again.

There is a third ingredient not shown on this chart, which is perseverance. Too many give up when it looks like they “suck” or they are bad at something.

The fourth and last ingredient is to find your niche. Determine what drives your curiosity and go for it.
