Why does it take so long to make a decision? There are indeed synergies when forming a group that has different perspectives. The perfect size for a group, by the way, is 4 or 6.
Everyone in the group is doing what they can to gain the perfect outcome.
I want to suggest that sometimes good enough might be in order. Maybe there isn’t a perfect answer or scenario. Sometimes, a decision has to be made quickly, and when it is done, permit yourself not to reflect afterward what you regretted not doing.
