Groupthink a reminder

Too often, I see teams that are way too in sync. It is almost as if they were cloned. This may be due to the companies’ hiring practices or societies’ wish to get along.

I enjoy hearing a difference of opinion and seek out those with a different perspective.

Remember, it is healthy to agree to disagree.
