This is the time of the year when individuals are stressed way too much when they are in what I call between assignments.
I tend to do a lot of networking and a while back I attended the CITT holiday event. I sat right at the front door which by the way is the best place when it comes to meeting a lot of people. Darren Perlman sat down and after a while, we exchanged life stories.
Luckily for me and anyone reading this post, I was able to learn about his company Spotwork. An excellent concept and platform that I know would and can help both the hiring company and candidates.
Hopefully, this post will go a long way and will gain Darren and Spotwork a lot more companies, candidates, and followers.
