I am grateful that Procurement League produces some great content. What they are able to do is create a document that gets me thinking about the possibilities.
This document is great because it made me think more than once.
Here are my 3 that I picked.
a) Rethink time allocation: I hear to often “I am too busy”. My answer is make time to plan, investigate, use technology, get outside help or you will always never have enough time.
b) Mirage of quick wins: slow and steady wins the race. Anything worth doing is worth doing well.
c) Collaboration versus Isolation: look outside your own for walls and experiences to see other ways the problem can be solved.
d) Bridging the technology- Human collaboration gap: There is always a faster, better and often cheaper way to get things done. If there is a will there is a way.
