A job I had a long time ago was being a demand planner for IBM. My forecast accuracy 3 months into the future was over 98% as I was lucky to have the software, some skills and knowledge what to do with both.
Marcia Williams is another great contributor to my knowledge base. I believe that her predictions are going to prove to be very true. Her timing may be off a bit but the trends mentioned are going to happen.
