I just love this matrix. It helps me remind myself of work that I have done and work that some of you should be doing. I tend to lately want to focus on supplier performance and coach people to reduce the number of suppliers they are dealing with.
I personally believe that too much time is spend trying to establish cost savings while more time should be spent on the other columns. Food for thought.
