I tend to change because it is time. I love working on new projects and extreme challenges. Changing jobs for the experience is what motivates me the most. I enjoy what I do and the people I get to meet and work with.
Thankfully with LinkedIn, I can do my best to stay in touch after the job ends.
For some people, a change could lead to higher wages. It could also mean a less enjoyable job.
Remember that the path to success is never a straight line and always moving forward. It isn’t the route you take that count. It is what you experience along the way.
