Although this was created in 2018, I believe it is still relevant as a learning tool.
Trying to predict the future is nearly impossible. The only way that you can get things right is to do the prediction after the fact. 🙂
Trends do come and go and determining which will stick takes a lot of data and luck.
In this report, they mention the use of autonomous vehicles and drones for delivery as examples of what to look for in the future. Neither has had a huge overall impact.
Yet, there are several trends in the report that could still have an impact and that you can still discover.
What I would like to do is acknowledge the time and effort it took to put this report together and congratulate the team for a job well done. It is through this kind of collaboration that we truly learn.
