What might be missing is that when creating the budget, a manager should include funding for hiring missing talent.
This year QCsolver Inc. did create a budget that included hiring 2 Cooperative Programmer Interns from Conestoga College. We were fortunate that have been able to hire both zahra amiri and Kiana Safavi Baygi and they have enabled us to accomplish so much more over a short period of time.
We also added a high school intern and we are planning on adding a few more people over the next few months.
