A number of people that I know are feeling a bit burnt out. I found this short PDF that I thought I would share in case it helps.
Some people are wired differently and stress does not seem to bother them. Others are stressed just thinking about how stressed they are.
I also suffer from stress but thankfully it is fleeting. When I am experiencing this feeling, I simply reflect “What is the worst thing that can happen”. Then I think about how often the worst thing did happen.
Imagine to my surprise that the worst has yet to happen.
I also start the day being thankful that I was able to start my day.
