4. A3 Building Trust

Last month was procurement month and there were a lot of posts celebrating the month. I didn’t do a special post as I have always believed that every day is a day for procurement to shine.

Unfortunately there are still some that don’t have the trust of their departments. What does this mean? If your departments are always wanting to buy without you being involved then obviously you are not delivering what they need.

I have always believed that everyone that talks to me is either a customer or wants to be one. My job is to give them what they need and to keep then coming back.
